The Seventh from the top from FORGIFS.com is fake, the two cars are bumper to bumper in different lanes when the third care fases through them, it's just a layered gif
I thought it was fake too but as he's going through he nicks the headlight of the police car. Might have been a motorcycle.
Ya looks like a motorcycle, and the car hitting it might have even saved it by turning it enough to avoid hitting the truck..if so then LUcky!
