23 year old Matt Bradley’s job as a chef resulted in him gaining a lot of weight until he eventually weighed 253 lbs (115 kg). Matt met Hannah, who was also overweight, and the couple decided to try to get in shape for their wedding. Matt lost a whopping 88 lbs (40 kg) and Hannah lost 44 lbs (20 kg) before their big day and the results are incredible to see.
